Woman to Woman Mentoring
I assist women who desire personal and professional guidance by providing a supportive environment for goal setting, skill building, and personal development. I care, listen and guide my female clients with acceptance and understanding. I belong to a strong and supportive community of female connectors, collaborators, supporters, and bridge-builders and use my connections to help women affirm their value, realize their strengths and create opportunities to thrive. My goal is to foster increased confidence, self-sufficiency, and help women pursue their personal goals and succeed in their chosen careers.
I provide mentoring to high school, college and graduate students to improve their school experience and their ability to succeed in and outside of school. I share with students what I’ve learned when I or my children underwent similar transitions in our lives. I navigate students though college applications and assist them with choosing a major or a career path. I help them manage time, expand their network and guide their decision-making while keeping them grounded and staying focused on their priorities.
Based on considerable research demonstrating mentoring in the workplace increases job satisfaction, institutional commitment, rates of promotion and retention, and decreases work conflict, I offer mentoring services to HR Departments and Executives, as well as team building projects for Supervisors and their Subordinates.
